The Real Madrid Foundation is the organisation charged with the responsibility of sharing and teaching players from all over the world the Real Madrid coaching methodology. This is available to both male and female players.
The Real Madrid Foundation Clinics have been held in Townsville, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Central Coast, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
These player clinics are for a limited number of players per clinic and offer the following:
24 players maximum per group.
Each Group has a Head Coach from Spain for the whole session.
All Head Coaches are from Real Madrid Foundation in Spain (No Local Coaches)
Our player clinics can vary from 3 day to 5 day programs.
Daily sessions can vary from 90mins to 3 hours per day depending on the Clinic.
All our player clinics are run during school holidays.
Our player clinics will cover theoretical and practical training sessions.
Our clinics are for boys and girls of all levels aged from 7-16 years of age.
All players will receive official Adidas Real Madrid Foundation Training Kit which includes Jersey, Shorts and Socks.
Our clinics also offer players the opportunity to receive individual player assessments after the completion of the clinics.
All players from our clinics have the opportunity to be selected to go on tour to Spain at the end of each year for an exclusive Real Madrid Training Camp.
Our groups are split into 24 players maximum with one Head Coach from Spain in each group along with Assistant Coaches in each group. Our Head Coaches from Spain are with the groups at all times throughout the whole clinics.
The Real Madrid Foundation Training Program is designed for junior and youth football players.
The program focuses on the advanced individual training in technique and tactics, problem solving and decision making on the pitch as well as experiencing the values that are associated with Real Madrid such as leadership, teamwork, respect for others, solidarity and effort. Each training session will include:
Informing the players of the objectives and contents of the session
Tasks will be related to session objectives and contents, from simple ones to complex ones simulating competition
Tasks will be simple aiming at the repetition of the objectives.
The tasks must be orientated, attacking and defending zones and by specific positions
The Coaching Seminars will be delivered by official Real Madrid youth coaches and will cover the following;
Player Identification and scouting process
Player development process, age specific

Theoretical and Practical Sessions
